Terms & conditions

Last updated 14 October 2026. Seller: Rosemary Etukudo, trading as Pink Plate Planner.

1. Your agreement with us

Pink Plate Planner is provided by Rosemary Etukudo, trading as Pink Plate Planner (the “seller”, “we” or “us”). You contract with Rosemary Etukudo for use of the service. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and, if acting for an organisation, have authority to bind it.

2. The service and your account

The service lets you save recipes, plan breakfast, lunch and dinner, and create shopping lists. Free accounts can manually plan the current week, keep one saved recipe and manage that week’s shopping list. Paid membership adds unlimited saved recipes, planning for other weeks and AI assistance. The selected plan and price are shown before checkout.

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.

3. Payments, subscriptions and cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle’s Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics. Your checkout displays the applicable price, billing frequency and taxes. Subscriptions renew at the stated interval until cancelled. Manage or cancel your subscription from My account. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid features remain available until the paid period ends. Saved content is not deleted solely because your membership ends; access then follows the free account limits.

See our Refund policy for the refund window and how to request a refund.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment or infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights. Do not upload malware, probe security, access another person’s data, interfere with the service, scrape it without permission, or circumvent account or plan limits. Do not reverse engineer or resell the service except where applicable law permits.

AI features must not be used to create illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech, malware or content facilitating harm. Do not attempt to bypass AI safety controls or jailbreak the system. Use AI responsibly for lawful recipe and meal-planning purposes.

5. Intellectual property and your content

Rosemary Etukudo retains ownership of the service’s software, documentation, design and branding. Third-party materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. You retain your rights in recipes, photographs and other content you supply, and grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to provide the service.

Only upload or import content you have the right to use. A publicly available recipe or photo is not automatically free to copy. We do not claim ownership of AI outputs; any rights you may have in them are subject to applicable law and third-party rights, and outputs may not be unique.

Rights holders may report infringement by emailing contactus@pinkplateplanner.com or through the hosting platform’s abuse-reporting channel, identifying the affected page, protected work and their contact details. We may remove or restrict disputed content and suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious infringement.

6. AI accuracy and moderation

You are responsible for your prompts, having rights to input content, checking outputs and how you use them. AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, including ingredient quantities, allergens and nutritional information. Verify food safety and dietary suitability independently. Outputs are not medical, nutritional or other regulated professional advice and must not replace qualified professional oversight.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter AI outputs, or suspend accounts to address unlawful content, safety risks or violations of these terms.

7. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and changes to AI services may affect availability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Suspension, termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. Account closure and personal data retention are addressed in our Privacy policy.

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required by law. These terms do not limit mandatory protections available under the laws of your country of residence.

9. Contact

Questions, complaints and requests about these terms can be sent to Rosemary Etukudo at contactus@pinkplateplanner.com. Payment, billing and refund enquiries are handled by Paddle, as described in our Refund policy.
