30-day money-back guarantee

Rosemary Etukudo, trading as Pink Plate Planner, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This includes subscription renewal payments: the 30-day window runs from the date of the payment you want refunded.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Visit paddle.net to request your refund. Use the email address used at checkout and, if available, your order or receipt reference so Paddle can locate your payment.

Paddle will confirm the request and explain processing times. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to Paddle’s processing and your bank’s timing.

If you cannot reach Paddle, or are unsure which email address or order reference you used, email us at contactus@pinkplateplanner.com and we will help you locate the payment.

Subscription cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription from My account. Cancellation stops future renewal payments and does not, by itself, request a refund for a payment already made. To request a refund within the 30-day window, contact Paddle using the link above.

Your consumer rights

This guarantee is additional to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights. Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to the order and refund process.
